December 17 and  December 19, 2014 in the Bulgarian cities and Bugulma, a series of educational seminars for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses on the topic “”New growing-points of entrepreneurship” and “Tools of business development: knowledge, technology, equipment”). The partner in the organization of this event was Research Center for Development of Management Competencies “ABADA” – one of the leaders in the Volga Federal District in the development of managerial and professional staff capacity and business training.

The seminar was attended by over 40 entrepreneurs – representatives of industrial enterprises and organizations of the Spassky and Bugulma municipal areas: agricultural producers, processing and construction sector. Besides, the seminar was attended by representatives of the Association of small and medium business of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Municipal Coordinating Council for the development of entrepreneurship, as well as the Heads of the rural areas, specialized experts and teachers.

On the basis of the considered material students found out about new opportunities for development of business in the conditions of crisis in the economy, as well as studied concrete examples of successful business experience and the possibility of scaling and replication. As part of the live communication with experts, participants discussed the practical issues of supporting small and medium-sized businesses, and examples of successful projects in the field of biotechnology.
