There the representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade RF, the Ministry of Education RF, FSII “RFTD”, representatives of infrastructure of support of the innovation activities, regional engineering centers, and universities took part in the conference. The moderator of the event was Knyaginin Vladimir N. – the President of “The Center for Strategic Research Foundation “Moscow”.

One of the most important questions of agenda was the discussion of the working model of regional engineering centers – whether they may become profitable? Borovkov Aleksey Ivanovich – the Vice-Rector for future projects, SpbSPU, represented the question about the creation of the association of engineering centers.

During the discussion, R.V Titov made the proposal on the activities and functioning of engineering centers, which interested the professional audience.
