March 25, 2016 government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic Akhmetov Marat G. visited the production plant of JSC “Regional engineering center of biotechnology of the Republic of Tatarstan” located on the territory of Technopolis “Himgrad”.
The delegation included First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Sibgatullin R.R., Deputy Ministers Titov N.L., Zyabbarov M.A., Gabdrakhmanov I.H., Hazipov N.N. and Head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Veterinary Hisamutdinov A.G. The event was also attended by scientists and SUE ” Republican Agricultural Center of Investments and Innovations “, Tatar Institute of Continuing Education in Agrobusiness, KGAU, BKSAVM, TatSRI of Agriculture.

Founder of “REC of biotechnology of the Republic of Tatarstan” Ramazanov R.R. drew the attention of the visitors to the innovative possibilities of the production line of the center.
Akhmetov M.G. emphasized the direct application of new biological developments in agricultural complex of the Republic, which will reduce the risk of losses in livestock and crop production. Akhmetov M.G. also paid particular attention to the production anti-garget drugs used to treat cattle mycobacteriosis. Also he noticed the production of biological substances for protecting plants and biofertilizers.
