March 13, 2015 the managing partner of JSC “Regional engineering center of the biotechnology of the Republic of Tatarstan” Roman Titov outlined the prospects of state support changes.

There were also representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Education, FSII “RFTD”, representatives of infrastructure support of the innovation activities, regional engineering centers, and universities. The moderator of the event was Knyaginin Vladimir N. – the President of “The Center for Strategic Research Foundation “Moscow”.

One of the most important questions of agenda was the discussion of the working model of regional engineering centers – whether they may become profitable? Borovkov Aleksey Ivanovich represented the question about the creation of the association of engineering centers – the Vice-Rector for future projects, SpbSPU.

During the discussion, R.V. Titov made the proposal on the activities and functioning of engineering centers, which interested the professional audience.
