XIV International Conference of young scientists “Food technology and biotechnology”

May 13-14 Kazan State Technological University (KSTU n.a. Kirov) hosted the XIV International Conference of young scientists “Food technology and biotechnology”

The event was held with the support of JSC “REC of biotechnology of the Republic of Tatarstan” The conference was attended by 520 people, including the representatives of 28 universities, seven research institutes and industrial enterprises.

The participants were welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Food Engineering (FFE) professor Polivanov M.A., Vice-Rector Abdullin I.A. handed letters of gratitude to people who have made a substantial contribution to the conference – the General Director of JSC “REC of biotechnology of the Republic of Tatarstan” Shevchenko A.M., rector ESSU TM Saktoev V.E. (Ulan-Ude), Asadullin R.M.- rector of Belarusian State Pedagogical University n.a. M.Akmulla (Ufa), rector TSTU Krasnyanskiy M.N. (Tambov). The representative of “REC of biotechnology of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Deputy General Director of LLC “Bio-Technologies” Titov R.V. told about the prospects of development of the engineering center in Tatarstan, related to the three major projects which needed the expert scientific support.

The papers were presented by: General Director of LLC “BioAgroPlus” R.A.Shurhno , Assistant Professor of technology of meat and dairy products (TMDP) R.E.Habibullin, professor of technology for the processing of polymers and composites M.F.Galikhanov.
